Retirer du feu, couvrir et laisser infuser 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 2<\/h3>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, dans un petit bol, saupoudrer la g\u00e9latine sur l&rsquo;eau et laisser reposer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit uniform\u00e9ment humidifi\u00e9e, environ 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 3<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e9couvrir le m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment \u00e9lev\u00e9. Retirer du feu, ajouter la g\u00e9latine et remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit dissoute. Retirez la gousse de vanille et r\u00e9servez pour une autre utilisation. Verser le m\u00e9lange de panna cotta dans huit ramequins de 4 onces et laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Couvrir d&rsquo;une pellicule plastique et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la panna cotta soit prise mais encore tremblotante, au moins 3 heures.
