Disposer c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te sur une t\u00f4le ou une grande planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper; assaisonner les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s avec du sel et du poivre. Laisser reposer 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape 2\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, placez une grille dans une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et tapissez une grande assiette de papier essuie-tout. Dans un petit bol peu profond, m\u00e9langer la semoule de ma\u00efs et le paprika pour combiner.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape 3\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<p>Tremper chaque tranche de tomate dans le m\u00e9lange de semoule de ma\u00efs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit enrob\u00e9e. Transf\u00e9rer sur la grille pr\u00e9par\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape 4\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<p>Dans une grande po\u00eale en fonte \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9, chauffer l&rsquo;huile jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle fr\u00e9misse. Ajouter 2 \u00e0 3 tranches de tomates et cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les c\u00f4t\u00e9s inf\u00e9rieurs soient dor\u00e9s et croustillants, environ 3 minutes. Retourner d\u00e9licatement et cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les deuxi\u00e8mes c\u00f4t\u00e9s soient dor\u00e9s, environ 2 minutes de plus. Transf\u00e9rer dans une assiette pr\u00e9par\u00e9e; Assaisonnez avec du sel.
