Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la farine et la levure. Ajouter le beurre ramolli, l&rsquo;huile et le sel, travailler \u00e0 la main, ajouter l&rsquo;\u0153uf et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau. Ajouter l&rsquo;eau et p\u00e9trir pour obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse .<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong>Laisser reposer au moins 1h.<\/p>\n<h3>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la farce:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong>Mettez \u00bd litre d&rsquo;eau dans une casserole avec le cube de bouillon et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter le poisson hach\u00e9 en morceaux, l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9s et 1 pinc\u00e9e de gros sel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong>Cuire une dizaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parer le Rof :<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong>M\u00e9langer le persil d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;ail, le poivre, le cive, le piment et le cube. R\u00e9servez au blender. En fin de cuisson, \u00e9gouttez le poisson, pressez-le pour enlever toute l&rsquo;eau, puis ajoutez le poisson au Rof .<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2433947026072347\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- ANNONCE GRAND --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2433947026072347\" data-ad-slot=\"1642305729\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong>Go\u00fbter et rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire .<\/p>\n<h3>Avant de commencer \u00e0 faire des pastels, pr\u00e9parez la sauce\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong>Faire revenir les oignons coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;huile chaude. Ajouter les tomates coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s \u00e9galement et l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s 2 min. ajouter le concentr\u00e9 de tomate et m\u00e9langer. Poursuivre la cuisson 2 \u00e0 3 min.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong>Ajouter ensuite un verre d&rsquo;eau, saler et poivrer, couvrir. Au bout de 10 min, d\u00e9couvrir et laisser mijoter \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 feu doux 5 \u00e0 10 min apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;ajout du piment. Aplatissez-le sur 1 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et formez un rond .<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong>Mettez une bonne quantit\u00e9 de farce au centre (8), puis repliez un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te pour former une demi-lune en pin\u00e7ant les bords (9).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong>Vous pouvez \u00e9craser les bords de la p\u00e2te avec une fourchette si n\u00e9cessaire. Former tous les pastels et les d\u00e9poser sur un plateau huil\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong>Ajoutez suffisamment d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale pour commencer la friture. Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est chaude, faire cuire les pastels en les retournant une fois pendant la cuisson pendant 5 min. (dix).<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong>Lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont bien dor\u00e9s, \u00e9gouttez-les d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cumoire (11), puis sur du papier absorbant.
