Cuire l&rsquo;oignon dans la graisse restante jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;oignon soit transparent.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 6<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9mietter le bacon et saupoudrer le bacon, l&rsquo;oignon et les fromages \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la p\u00e2te partiellement cuite.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 7<\/h3>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me, la muscade, le sel, le poivre et la sauce Tabasco au go\u00fbt.
