Et c&rsquo;est avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;entrer dans le vif du sujet : comment cuisiner une omelette parfaite ?<\/p>\n<p>Ma r\u00e9ponse est: vous ne le faites pas. Une omelette n&rsquo;a pas \u00e0 \u00eatre parfaite. Et qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;un croissant bien rang\u00e9 avec la garniture (remplissage) cach\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur ou non, il aura un go\u00fbt divin de toute fa\u00e7on.<\/p>\n<h3>Ma m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;omelette<\/h3>\n<p>Ma m\u00e9thode est la suivante : deux \u0153ufs super frais nonchalamment mais bien battus avec une demi-cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel. Une petite po\u00eale \u00e0 frire \u2013 plus c&rsquo;est petit, mieux c&rsquo;est \u2013 avec du beurre qui mousse vigoureusement, beaucoup. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez que l&rsquo;\u0153uf soit plus cuit, renversez bri\u00e8vement l&rsquo;omelette de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9. Coupez toutes les longues tiges.<\/li>\n<li>Cassez les \u0153ufs dans un bol, assaisonnez-les de sel et de poivre et battez-les \u00e0 la fourchette jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient mousseux.<\/li>\n<li>Faites chauffer une po\u00eale s\u00e8che \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter les \u00e9pinards, assaisonner avec du sel et un r\u00e2page de noix de muscade et m\u00e9langer dans la po\u00eale jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient fl\u00e9tris. Lorsque la surface semble bien prise, pliez l&rsquo;omelette en deux \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau \u00e0 palette.
