Pour les fans de cette sauce voici la recette. Bon app\u00e9tit.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5 Aubergines africains<\/li>\n<li>2 Aubergines<\/li>\n<li>3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amalgastro.com\/?p=2312\">Oignons<\/a><\/li>\n<li>4 Piments<\/li>\n<li>Oignon vert<\/li>\n<li>Soumbara<\/li>\n<li>Tomates en p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li>Poissons bonga fum\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Crevettes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Poudre de bonga<\/li>\n<li>2 Bouillon de cube d&rsquo;assaisonnement<\/li>\n<li>Huile<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong> Commencer par nettoyer tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> D\u00e9couper les aubergines africains en grandes tranches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Puis dans une casserole mettre de l\u2019eau sur feu puis ajouter les aubergines africains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> \u00c9plucher les aubergines noirs, les d\u00e9couper en petits d\u00e9s ensuite les verser dans de l\u2019eau, les presser avec les deux mains pour les d\u00e9barrasser des p\u00e9pins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> A la suite de cela les retirer dans l\u2019eau puis les mettre dans bol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-<\/strong> Ensuite d\u00e9couper les oignons en lamelles leur ajouter aux aubergines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-<\/strong> Dans un mortier piler les piments, l\u2019oignon vert, le soumbara et rajouter aux oignons et aubergines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8-<\/strong> Puis y rajouter la tomate en p\u00e2te, les poissons fum\u00e9es, les crevettes fum\u00e9es moulues et le bouillon de cube.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9-<\/strong> Revenir aux aubergines africains bouillies, enlever leur peau \u00e0 chacune puis les ajouter aux autres ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10-<\/strong> Dans une casserole sur feu mettre de l\u2019huile ,une fois chaude y mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients bien m\u00e9langer.
