Mettez-les dans une casserole avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive chauff\u00e9e, salez, ajoutez 1 feuille de laurier et 3 c. de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Couvrir la casserole et laisser mijoter 5-6 min. Retirer la casserole du feu et laisser refroidir le m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Tamiser la farine avec un sachet de levure chimique et une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Battre les \u0153ufs et le lait \u00e0 la fourchette. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange sec par portions, les lardons fum\u00e9s coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s, le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 et l&rsquo;oignon rouge refroidi. Assaisonner d&rsquo;une pinc\u00e9e de poivre noir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> Bien homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser le m\u00e9lange obtenu. Tapisser un moule \u00e0 cake oblong de papier cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Versez le m\u00e9lange et nivelez-le. Disposer les rondelles d&rsquo;oignon rouge dessus.
