Suivez les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre pour la pr\u00e9paration dans la vid\u00e9o ci-dessous.\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.amalgastro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/MAFE-sauce-AU-POULET-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.amalgastro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/MAFE-sauce-AU-POULET-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.amalgastro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/MAFE-sauce-AU-POULET.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong> Faire la Marinade\u00a0: Dans un bol mettre un peu d\u2019huile, sel, poivre, gingembre, paprika fum\u00e9e, curcuma, piment fort et une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00a0\u00e0 soupe de concentr\u00e9 tomate bien m\u00e9langer l\u2019ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Puis ajouter \u00a03 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de beurre de cacahu\u00e8tes m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Mettre 150ml de coulis de tomates, m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Mariner 5 cuisses de poulets avec le m\u00e9lange obtenu puis les d\u00e9poser dans une po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> Faire cuire les cuisses de poulets avec de l\u2019huile pendant 15 minutes en les retournant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-<\/strong> Pendant que les cuisses sont entrain de cuire, \u00e9mincer 1 gros oignon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s la cuisson des cuisses de poulets les r\u00e9server dans une assiette.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8-<\/strong> Dans la po\u00eale mettre les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9es bien remuer pour la saveur des oignons \u00e0 la saveur des cuisses de poulets et de la marinade puis ajouter un peu d\u2019huile au besoin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9-<\/strong> Pendant que les oignons cuisses d\u00e9couper les carottes en rondelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10-<\/strong> Ensuite couper 1 grosse pomme de terre en petits cube.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11-<\/strong> Mariner les carottes et les pommes de terre dans la marinade bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12-<\/strong> Remuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les oignons jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien translucides ajouter 3 gousses d\u2019ail hach\u00e9es remuer, puis ajouter les pommes de terre et les carottes m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13-<\/strong> Puis ajouter 500ml de fond de volaille remu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14-<\/strong> Puis remettre les cuisses de poulets couvrir et laisser mijoter 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>15-<\/strong> Hacher 1 bouquet de coriandre ajouter \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson remuer doucement.<\/p>\n<p>Votre sauce de poulet est cuite.
