Vous pouvez aussi faire des entailles sur les pilons pour qu\u2019ils soient bien marin\u00e9s de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Mettre un fond d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale, une fois l\u2019huile bien chaude y d\u00e9poser les pilons de poulet un \u00e0 un ensuite les retourner quasi imm\u00e9diatement laisser cuire en surveillant bien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Pendant ce temps m\u00e9langer les restes d\u2019oignon et marinade. M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oignons soient bien impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s de la marinade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Retourner fr\u00e9quemment les pilons pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019ils br\u00fblent et aussi qu\u2019ils cuisent bien des deux faces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> Une fois les pilons cuits les r\u00e9server dans une assiette vous pouvez mettre du papier absorbant pour retirer l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019huile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-<\/strong> D\u00e9poser les oignons dans la m\u00eame huile sur feu moyen ouvrir et remuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 e que les oignons commence \u00e0 \u00a0caram\u00e9liser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-<\/strong> Une fois que le oignons sont mi- translucides mi- caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s y rajouter les pilons de poulet .Ensuite 2 feuilles de lauriers puis 200ml d\u2019eau m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8-<\/strong> Laisser cuire une quinzaine de minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau s\u2019\u00e9vapore et obtenir une sauce \u00a0onctueuse. Le poulet yassa est pr\u00eat vous pouvez le servir aussit\u00f4t et le d\u00e9guster accompagn\u00e9 \u00a0de riz.
