Gnetum africanum a \u00e9galement est appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00e9pinards sauvages\u00bb en anglais.<\/p>\n<p>Nkumu, de son nom scientifique \u00ab\u00a0Gnetum africanum\u00a0\u00bb, v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (feuille), class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie des produits forestiers non ligneux (NTFP), est l&rsquo;un des meilleurs aliments locaux, sp\u00e9cialement pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens.<\/p>\n<p>Au Gabon, Nkumi est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour ses vertus th\u00e9rapeutiques dans le traitement des collicit\u00e9s des enfants, constipation, maladies du rein, rhumatismes etc.<\/p>\n<h1>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Crevettes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Sardines s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Ail indig\u00e8ne (C\u2019est une \u00e9pice gabonaise, en nzebi on l\u2019appelle \u201cmugnimbi\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>Nkumu<\/li>\n<li>Champignons s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Piment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong> Dans une casserole mettre de l\u2019eau puis ajouter les crevettes \u00a0s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, sardines s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, Champignons s\u00e9ch\u00e9s, ail indig\u00e8ne(Le mugnimbi) , le piment et l\u2019huile de palme couvrir la casserole .<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Faire bouillir le tout pendant quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Ensuite rajouter le nkumu bien m\u00e9langer et arr\u00eater le feu.
