Roulez la paupiette sur elle-m\u00eame en serrant bien pour que le fromage et le jambon soient \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> \u00c9pluchez et \u00e9mincez les oignons et les gousses d&rsquo;ail. \u00c9pluchez et coupez les carottes en rondelles et coupez la branche de c\u00e9leri en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Dans le bol du monsieur, versez un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et ajoutez les oignons, l&rsquo;ail, les carottes et le c\u00e9leri. Faites revenir pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Ajoutez ensuite la bo\u00eete de pulpe de tomate, le vin blanc et le bouillon de volaille.
