Retirez les \u00e9ventuelles membranes et les vaisseaux sanguins avec un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Puis coupez-le en tranches d&rsquo;environ 1 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Pendant environ 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient bien dor\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur mais encore roses \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Attention \u00e0 ne pas trop cuire le foie de veau, sinon il risque de devenir sec et caoutchouteux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-<\/strong> Une fois que le foie de veau est cuit, retirez-le de la po\u00eale et r\u00e9servez-le dans un plat \u00e0 part.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez ensuite les oignons fondus dans la po\u00eale et faites-les chauffer pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Tout en les m\u00e9langeant avec les sucs de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8-<\/strong> Pour servir, disposez les tranches de foie de veau sur une assiette et ajoutez les oignons par-dessus.
