Ce plat est un m\u00e9lange savoureux et \u00e9pic\u00e9 de viande de b\u0153uf, de poulet ou de poisson, de l\u00e9gumes tels que des tomates, des oignons, des carottes , poivrons,...\u00a0\" width=\"300\" height=\"182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.amalgastro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Domoda-dieune-recette-senegalaise-1-300x182.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.amalgastro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Domoda-dieune-recette-senegalaise-1.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong> Mettre une pinc\u00e9e de sel sur les 3 poissons d\u00e9j\u00e0 nettoy\u00e9s \u00e9parpill\u00e9 sur tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s des poissons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Dans une casserole verser 15 cl d\u2019huile sur feu doux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Une fois l\u2019huile chaude, frire les poissons puis y ajouter 1 morceau de yet ensuite retirer les poissons frits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Puis ajouter 1 oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9e, frire 5 minutes tout en le remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> Ajouter 150g de tomate concentr\u00e9e et \u00bd verre d\u2019eau bien remuer puis rajouter 1 litre d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-<\/strong> Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes sauf les piments et les patates douces. Couvrir la casserole et laisser cuire 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-<\/strong> D\u00e9couper 5 gousses d\u2019ail, 2 piments verts, 1 poivron vert et 2 branches d\u2019oignon vert \u00a0puis mixer le tout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8-<\/strong> Revenir \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration ajouter 3 feuilles de lauriers, puis la mixture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9-<\/strong> Ajouter 1 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel, 1 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre bien remuer. Ajouter les patates douces, les piments et les poissons frits puis laisser cuire 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10-<\/strong> Puis retirer l\u2019huile \u00e0 la surface de la cocote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11-<\/strong> Dans un bol, dissoudre la farine dans 8 cl d\u2019eau, bien remuer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12-<\/strong> Revenir \u00e0 la cuisson, retirer les poissons, les l\u00e9gumes et le morceau de yet. Puis ajouter une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre et ensuite le m\u00e9lange de farine progressivement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13-<\/strong>\u00a0 Remuer et laisser cuire environ 10 minutes. Et la sauce est pr\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14-<\/strong> Dans une autre casserole mettre 1 litre d\u2019eau, puis ajouter 1 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel et 1kg de riz.
