Une fois les haricots tremp\u00e9s, \u00e9gouttez-les et rincez-les abondamment \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- <\/strong>Ensuite dans une grande cocotte, faites chauffer un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajoutez l&rsquo;oignon et faites-le revenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit tendre et translucide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- <\/strong>Puis ajoutez l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 et faites-le revenir pendant une minute suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- <\/strong>Ajoutez les cubes de viande de mouton et faites-les brunir de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- <\/strong>Ensuite ajoutez les haricots tremp\u00e9s, les \u00e9pices (paprika, cumin, coriandre), les feuilles de laurier et l&rsquo;eau ou le bouillon de viande.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-<\/strong>Et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duisez le feu et laissez mijoter pendant environ 2 heures, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les haricots et la viande soient tendres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-<\/strong> V\u00e9rifiez la cuisson de temps en temps et ajoutez plus d&rsquo;eau si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8- <\/strong>Par la suite assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre moulu, selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9- <\/strong>Servez chaud, accompagn\u00e9 de pain frais ou de riz cuit.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2417 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amalgastro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/les-haricots-blanc-a-la-viande-de-mouton-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"Cette recette de haricots \u00e0 la viande de mouton est simple, savoureuse et nourrissante.
