Faire cuire 5 minutes et plonger dans de l\u2019eau pour qu\u2019ils restent croustillants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> Puis dans un bol casser 2 \u0153ufs puis ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel et battre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-<\/strong> Par la suite dans une casserole chaude mettre un peu d\u2019huile et faire frire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les \u0153ufs battus . Puis les d\u00e9couper en fine lamelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-<\/strong> Hacher la coriandre et couper l\u2019oignon en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8-<\/strong> Dans une casserole frire l\u2019ail hach\u00e9 finement et le gingembre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien dor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9-<\/strong> Puis ajouter l\u2019oignon, du sel, les \u00e9pices les faire dorer pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10-<\/strong>\u00a0 Et ajouter progressivement le riz en remuant, puis y verser les l\u00e9gumes, la coriandre l\u2019omelette et le thon.
