Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous vous d\u00e9voilons la recette\u00a0 du eru, afin que vous puissiez vous essayer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de ce d\u00e9licieux met chez vous.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 \u00e0 250g de feuilles d\u2019okok<\/li>\n<li>24 g de Crevettes fum\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>200g-250g de feuille d&rsquo;okok<\/li>\n<li>700g de viande sans os, ou de peau de b\u0153uf ou un m\u00e9lange des deux<\/li>\n<li>50 de crevettes fum\u00e9es \u2013<\/li>\n<li>70g de maurure fumee \u2013<\/li>\n<li>2kg d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amalgastro.com\/?p=2470\">\u00e9pinards<\/a> frais (ou surgel\u00e9s)<\/li>\n<li>500-600ml d&rsquo;huile de palme rouge<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<li>Cube bouillon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2433947026072347\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- ANNONCE GRAND --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2433947026072347\" data-ad-slot=\"1642305729\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<strong>1-<\/strong> Commencer par mettre la viande d\u00e9couper en petit moreaux puis ajouter 300ml d\u2019eau assaisonn\u00e9 de sel et laisser \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Ensuite ajouter les maurures fum\u00e9s tremp\u00e9s \u00e0 la veuille m\u00e9langer et laisser cuire pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Puis rajouter les \u00e9pinards au fur et \u00e0 mesure et remuer, ensuite ajouter les feuilles d\u2019okok hydrat\u00e9s \u00e0 la veuille avec de l\u2019eau chaude, les crevettes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es moulues et du bouillon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Couvrir la marmite et laisser pendant une vingtaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> Ajouter l\u2019huile de palme, bien remuer et laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau se trouvant dans la sauce s\u00e8che sans oublier de retourner de temps \u00e0 autres la sauce.
