Cette salade est id\u00e9ale pour accompagner une viande , un poisson, pour barbecue&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n<p>Pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de pommes de terre<\/li>\n<li>4 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>300 g d&rsquo;haricots verts (ici frais)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de moutarde (ou mayonnaise)<\/li>\n<li>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<li>Poivre<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amalgastro.com\/?p=2340\">ail<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2433947026072347\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- ANNONCE GRAND --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2433947026072347\" data-ad-slot=\"1642305729\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<strong>1-<\/strong> Commencer par nettoyer les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Faire cuire 500g de pommes de terre avec 4 \u0153ufs et 300g d&rsquo;haricots verts frais pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Dans un bol mettre de la moutarde ou de la mayonnaise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Puis ajouter 6 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> Ensuite un peu de sel, poivre, 2 gousses d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9es bien m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-<\/strong> Rajouter les pommes de terre, haricots verts coup\u00e9s et \u0153ufs \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide bien remuer l&rsquo;ensemble.
