D\u00e9couper en lani\u00e8re pour faciliter la cuisson<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong> Ajouter une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de gingembre \u00e9cras\u00e9 puis 20 grammes de ce soja noire et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Malaxer pour faire p\u00e9n\u00e9trer la sauce dans la viande ensuite y ajouter 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de farine de bl\u00e9. La farine permettra d\u2019avoir une viande bien moelleuse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Une fois bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9 bien relaxer et transf\u00e9rer la viande dans un pressure cooker ou dans une cocotte ou dans ce que vous avez chez vous. Couvrir et laisser pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s 30 minutes la viande est cuite, pas \u00e9cras\u00e9e et sans avoir rajout\u00e9 de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-<\/strong> Ensuite dans une casserole, faire chauffer de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive ou l\u2019huile que vous avez chez vous.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-<\/strong> Puis y faire suer deux gros oignons coup\u00e9s en quartiers jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient translucides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8-<\/strong> A la suite de cela incorporer la viande, bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9-<\/strong> Ajouter 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de sauce d\u2019huitre et m\u00e9langer, saupoudrer d\u2019un peu de poivre et m\u00e9langer.
