G\u00e2teau cr\u00e9meux<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ceci est un g\u00e2teau blanc d\u00e9licat. La cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse est utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 la place du beurre.<\/p>\n

  • 2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n
  • \u00be tasse de sucre blanc<\/li>\n
  • 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d’extrait de vanille<\/li>\n
  • 1\u2009\u00bd tasse de farine tout usage<\/li>\n
  • 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure<\/li>\n
  • 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n
  • 1 tasse de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Pr\u00e9paration du g\u00e2teau cr\u00e9meux<\/h2>\n

    \u00c9tape 1<\/h3>\n

    Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s F (175 degr\u00e9s C). Graisser un moule carr\u00e9 de 9 x 9 pouces.<\/p>\n

    \u00c9tape 2<\/h3>\n

    Battre les \u0153ufs dans un petit bol jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu’ils soient tr\u00e8s \u00e9pais. Ajouter le sucre et la vanille en battant bien.<\/p>\n

    \u00c9tape 3<\/h3>\n

    M\u00e9langer la farine, la levure chimique et le sel. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de farine en trois parties, en alternant avec la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, en m\u00e9langeant jusqu’\u00e0 consistance homog\u00e8ne. Verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p>\n

    \u00c9tape 4<\/h3>\n

    Cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu’un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 pr\u00e8s du centre en ressorte propre, de 30 \u00e0 40 minutes. Et c’est pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
