Graisser un moule carr\u00e9 de 9 x 9 pouces.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 2<\/h3>\n<p>Battre les \u0153ufs dans un petit bol jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient tr\u00e8s \u00e9pais. Ajouter le sucre et la vanille en battant bien.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 3<\/h3>\n<p>M\u00e9langer la farine, la levure chimique et le sel. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de farine en trois parties, en alternant avec la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 consistance homog\u00e8ne. Verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 4<\/h3>\n<p>Cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 pr\u00e8s du centre en ressorte propre, de 30 \u00e0 40 minutes.
