M\u00e9langer laissez continuer la cuisson de votre sauce \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 20 \u00e0 25minutes les aubergines et gombo (sans \u00e9cras\u00e9).<\/p>\n<h3>Etape6<\/h3>\n<p>Rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement et retirer pour servir. Le r\u00e9sultat de la sauce claire.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape7<\/h3>\n<p>La banane plantain d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuite, \u00e9crasez la dans un mortier ou tablier de foufou, ajoutez l&rsquo;huile rouge au choix, m\u00e9langez et faire votre bol.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape8<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir grill\u00e9 et \u00e9cras\u00e9 (piler) les akpbi et piments secs rajouter dans l&rsquo;huile rouge plus un peu de sel, m\u00e9langer pour ajouter sur votre banane plantain d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9cras\u00e9s (c&rsquo;est pas obliger si vous ne consommez pas).<\/p>\n<h3>Etape9<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pil\u00e9 la banane plantain rajout\u00e9 le m\u00e9lange de votre sauce ou la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Et voil\u00e0 votre foufou et sa sauce claire.
