Lorsqu&rsquo;il est bon et chaud, ajouter l&rsquo;oignon hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Salez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et poivrez. Cuire 1 ou 2 minutes sans coloration.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape 4<\/h3>\n<p>Ajouter les poireaux, bien m\u00e9langer, mais ne plus saler. Cuire de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert ou \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 couvert (pour garder la couleur)&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>Etape 5<\/h3>\n<p>jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les poireaux soient \u00e0 peine tendres. Les poireaux \u00e9tant finement hach\u00e9s cette cuisson est assez rapide.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter 250 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide, saler et poivrer, puis m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau et baisser le feu.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape 6<\/h3>\n<p>Laisser \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert (essentiel) pour \u00e9paissir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la consistance souhait\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement.
