Ajouter les courgettes et cuire, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient ramollies, environ 10 minutes. Ajouter le bouillon et 1 1\/2 tasse d&rsquo;eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition; cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les courgettes soient tr\u00e8s tendres, environ 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 2<\/h3>\n<p>En travaillant en 2 lots, r\u00e9duire la soupe en pur\u00e9e dans un m\u00e9langeur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit lisse et soyeuse. Remettre la soupe dans la casserole et assaisonner de sel et de poivre.
