Il lui donne une belle couleur et douceur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>-Hacher finement l&rsquo;oignon, le c\u00e9leri, le fenouil, l&rsquo;ail et le piment. Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une grande po\u00eale, ajoutez l&rsquo;oignon, le c\u00e9leri, le fenouil, l&rsquo;ail et le piment et faites suer doucement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient tendres. Ajouter le vin, les tomates ou la passata, la courge et le bouillon et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Couvrir et laisser mijoter doucement pendant 30 minutes. Assaisonner et concasser d\u00e9licatement les tomates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<\/strong>-Hacher grossi\u00e8rement le saumon et le fl\u00e9tan et les ajouter \u00e0 la po\u00eale.
